Job summary

Doncaster Rovers F.C. is seeking a Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist to join its academy performance department on a casual basis, covering matches across the U9 to U16 age groups.

You will deliver medical and rehabilitation services on academy matchdays, gaining valuable football experience.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation.
• A valid ITMMiF qualification.
• FA Safeguarding qualification.
• Desirable: ATMMiF and registration with a relevant governing body (HCPC, BASRaT or similar).

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate pitch-side emergency care during training and at home and away games
• Keep medical notes and records up to date on Kitman Labs
• Keep up to date with developments in musculoskeletal care and football medicine
• Act as a positive ambassador for Doncaster Rovers
• Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all levels
