Bath Spa University is seeking a full-time Manager in the Strategic Projects and Change Unit to lead change projects, new ways of working and process improvements across the university.

The role provides strategic support to senior leaders including the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Heads of Schools, and oversees cross-university portfolio development with hybrid working and occasional travel to London and Birmingham.

Qualificações

• Proven, successful project management experience.
• Experience of working at a strategic level across a varied workload.
• Experience of working in higher education or a comparable environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and facilitate change projects, new ways of working and process improvements across the university
• Provide strategic support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Pro Vice-Chancellor Academic and Heads of Schools on project and change initiatives
• Review, develop and integrate university-wide portfolio development processes and reporting
• Lead communication and stakeholder engagement for portfolio development and strategic initiatives within Research and Knowledge Exchange
• Support senior governance groups, ensuring effective coordination and oversight
• Take responsibility for end-to-end management of cross-university projects where agreed by the University Executive Board
• Support the wider remits of the Strategic Projects and Change Unit, including Academic Schools and sustainable portfolio development
• Travel to London and Birmingham on occasion
