Qualifications

• Experience supporting FE/6th Form or post-16 learners with disabilities.
• Understanding of inclusive practice, safeguarding, confidentiality and person-centred support.
• Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping with students and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, small group and 1:1 support for FE and 6th Form learners.
• Develop and review Learner Support Plans and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with curriculum and professional services to promote inclusive learning.
