Job summary

Solent University’s Student Success Team is seeking an experienced Disability Adviser to support disabled and neurodivergent students from application through to graduation. You will assess learning needs, develop personalised support plans and recommend reasonable adjustments to enable participation in university life.

• Experience managing complex casework in higher education.
• Strong understanding of disability, neurodiversity, inclusion and related legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice and guidance to disabled and neurodivergent students from application to graduation.
• Identify learning needs, develop personalised support plans and recommend reasonable adjustments.
