Job summary

Oxford International seeks a Programme Lead to provide academic leadership for designated programmes, ensuring coherence, quality and strong student engagement. The role combines teaching with leadership, overseeing curriculum, assessment and data-driven improvement, in close collaboration with the College Director and academic team.

You will lead staffing, plan delivery, support staff development, manage module evaluation, and work with partner universities to maintain standards, while

Qualifications

• Experience of leading academic programmes within higher education.
• Experience with assessment, marking and feedback.
• Ability to analyse student performance data to inform improvement.
• Experience of working within university partnership or validated provision.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day academic leadership for designated programmes.
• Coordinate delivery, assessment and quality assurance.
• Lead module evaluation and curriculum enhancement.
• Plan staffing and resources in line with College policies.
• Teach up to 15 hours per week and support scholarly activity.
• Engage with partner universities and internal QA teams.
