Job summary

Oxford International in Sheffield is seeking a Programme Lead Computing & Engineering to provide academic leadership for the delivery, quality and improvement of designated programmes. You will work with the College Director and academic team to ensure coherence, high standards and strong student engagement.

The post holder will oversee curriculum, assessment, and data-informed improvements, balance teaching with leadership duties, and help with professional development and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing & Engineering or equivalent required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Computing & Engineering desirable.
• Recognised HE teaching qualification desirable (PGCAP/PGCert HE).
• Advance HE Fellowship desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day academic leadership for designated programmes.
• Coordinate delivery, curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Monitor staff performance and support professional development.
• Lead module evaluation and curriculum enhancement.
• Teach up to 15 hours per week alongside leadership duties.
