Job summary

Oxford International in Belfast is seeking a Programme Lead to provide academic leadership for designated programmes, ensuring coherence, quality and student progression within the Centre.

You will oversee curriculum, assessments and module delivery, work with the Centre Director and staff to drive improvement, deliver teaching up to 15 hours per week, and act as an ambassador for the Centre and partner university.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Business or related subject in higher education.
• Experience providing academic leadership or coordination at programme level.
• Experience with assessment, marking and feedback to students.
• Understanding of academic standards and quality assurance in higher education.
• Ability to analyse student performance data to inform improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day academic leadership for designated programmes.
• Coordinate module delivery and assessment ensuring fairness and alignment.
• Support staff development and ensure continuity of teaching delivery.
• Monitor student progression and engage in curriculum enhancement.
• Collaborate with partner university and internal QA teams.
