University of Warwick’s Mathematics Institute is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop key areas across the department. You will oversee doctoral programmes, the Mathematics Research Centre, the Mathematics Outreach Centre, departmental facilities and strategic projects.

This broad role requires someone who can bring structure to busy environments, solve problems, and work with people to make things better.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and delivering projects in higher education or similar
• Experience managing budgets and using data to inform decision-making
• Ability to operate strategically and operationally across diverse stakeholders
