An educational charity in the UK seeks a dedicated educator to support students through teaching and academic advice. As part of a collaborative team, you will enhance the learning experience, working primarily on weekends and utilizing your teaching skills. This part-time position offers a flexible work pattern, ideal for those balancing other commitments.
Metanoia Institute is a well-established educational charity specialising in the professional training of counsellors, psychotherapists, counselling psychologists, supervisors, coaches, and organisational development consultants. Since our founding in the early 1980s, we’ve been a pioneer in offering humanistically-oriented professional training programmes in the UK.
Reports to: Head of Programme. Business Function/Sub-Function: Academic / Undergraduate BSc Person-Centred Pluralistic Programme. Work Pattern: One weekend a month – not required to work outside of the weekend units. FTE: 0.4 – TBC 1.5 to 2 days a week plus teaching weekends. Location: NCR/GA. Salary: £38,628 prorated.
