Gloucestershire College is seeking an educator to plan and deliver engaging academic and practical engineering lessons, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will assess progress, provide feedback, and support learners’ needs while collaborating with colleagues and employers.

Role requires current engineering knowledge, a Level 4 qualification in engineering, and commitment to Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding training; sponsorship available for UK residents.

Qualifications

• Engineering industry knowledge is current and appropriate to the teaching context and engineering topics.
• Minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent Level 2 in English and mathematics.
• Willingness to undertake Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding training.

About You

• Engineering industry knowledge is current andappropriate to the teaching context and engineering topics
• Minimum of a level 4 qualification in a relevantEngineering based subject
• Experience in delivering practical engineeringunits in an engineering foundation qualification or equivalent practicalindustry experience and qualifications
• Minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent Level 2 inEnglish and mathematics.

• Willingness to undertake Equality and Diversity andSafeguarding training.
