Job summary

JMC Aviation is seeking an A Licensed Engineer at Heathrow to join our client’s permanent team. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance on A320 family, certify tasks, and support production with engineering expertise.

You must hold a UKCAA license, have hands-on base/line maintenance experience on commercial aircraft, and a diploma or apprenticeship. The role offers 12-hour night shifts, competitive salary, and broad career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved data and regulatory requirements.

• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, and component replacements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft system defects and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and ensure regulatory compliance with EASA/UK CAA standards.
• Support and supervise technicians and mechanics where required.
• Promote a strong safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About The Role

You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing new component repair solutions. This includes analysing technical documentation, introducing new repair capabilities, and supporting production teams with engineering expertise.
