Job summary

CPJ Recruitment represents a premium A&D specification sales role based in London. Own the A&D route to market across London and the surrounding area, working directly with architects, interior designers and design practices to win specification projects.

You will build genuine influence within the design community through CPD presentations, lunches and ongoing relationship management, targeting prestigious hospitality, education and commercial schemes in the capital.

Qualifications

• A&D specification sales background with a proven project specification track record.
• Experience in sanitaryware, bathrooms, KBB or premium interiors.
• Confident presenting CPDs to architects and designers at all levels.
• Ability to manage long, complex specification cycles and prioritise live projects.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own the A&D route to market across London and surrounding area, working with architects and design practices.
• Identify, track and close specification projects from concept through to final sign off.
• Build genuine influence with the design community through CPD presentations and relationship management.
• Target prestigious hospitality, education, and commercial projects in the capital.
• Manage relationships with contractors and maintain a qualified project pipeline.
• Represent a premium, design-led brand at the highest end of the market.
