Job summary

ASR International in London is seeking a design-led interiors sales specialist to drive specification opportunities across London and the M4 corridor. You will build relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers, deliver CPD sessions, and manage the full specification process from brief to order.

The ideal candidate has showroom, A&D, or interiors sales experience, is highly networked, and comfortable using CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in interiors showroom sales or A&D/specification roles.
• Track record in building relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Organised, self-motivated, and diary management.
• Tech-savvy with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers across London and the surrounding area.
• Deliver CPD presentations, lunch & learns, and showroom meetings.
• Manage the full specification process from initial brief through to secured orders via procurement partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
• Grow awareness of the brand within the A&D community and drive long-term partnerships.
• Maintain and update sample libraries, design studios, and client materials.
• Keep the CRM up to date with all client interactions and project pipelines.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and key industry functions.
