Job summary

Mappin & Webb is seeking a Client Experience Host on a 9-month contract to deliver a luxury client experience from showroom floor to back-office support. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and ensure service excellence that goes beyond a single sale.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality or luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
