Job summary

Reed is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Planner in Letchworth for a fixed-term contract of seven months. You will support demand forecasting, inventory management, and planning activities using NetSuite ERP and advanced Excel tools.

The role suits graduates or professionals with up to 1–2 years in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or planning, offering full training and exposure to a modern ERP environment. GBP30k-35k per year.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with data and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Maintain NetSuite planning data including reorder points and lead times.
• Resolve MRP planning exceptions and inventory issues.
• Analyze inventory performance and identify slow-moving stock.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, sales and projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and assist with shortages.
• Produce planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement and data quality projects.
