Job summary

Survitec Group in Dunmurry is seeking an ERP Planning Specialist to own reorder points, safety stock, and lead times across the item population. You will ensure accurate supply signals for buyers, driving availability and on-time delivery.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is based at Survitec Dunmurry. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in supply planning or purchasing within manufacturing, with NAV experience preferred and strong data skills in Power BI/Excel to support planning

Qualifications

• Educated to university degree level or vocational related equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a supply planning, inventory planning, or purchasing role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or equivalent); NAV experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working with data in Power BI and/or Excel to drive planning decisions.
• 2-3 years of general experience enables the role holder to deal with most situations and advise others.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Safety Stock Quantity and Reorder Point settings, ensuring buffers sit in the correct field per item ordering policy.
• Monitors and resets Reorder Points on a rolling basis using lead-time demand (average daily usage × lead time).
• Uses ERP planning and requisition outputs to check parameters are producing sensible supply signals and adjust them.
• Runs daily/weekly exception reporting and passes actions to buyers.
• Performs risk assessment for demand and supply planning and mitigates risks.
