Job summary

GI Group is recruiting for delivery drivers to operate 7.5T vehicles in Bournemouth (BH21) and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for daily deliveries and collections to customers and depots, with loading/unloading tasks and mandatory tachograph/CPC compliance. Shifts typically start at 09:00 with potential weekend work.

GI Group are currently recruiting multiple 7.5T Drivers for our internationally known client in Bournemouth (BH21). This company provides courier services worldwide, focusing on the express road-based market and offering services such as delivery, freight forwarding, and logistics.

Drivers shifts and Pay:

• Monday to Friday - occasional weekends offered
• Hours of Work: 09:00am

*Please note that this pay rate is PAYE and includes advanced holiday pay

7.5T Driver main duties will include:

• Conducting vehicle checks
• Making deliveries/collections each day to customers and depots
• Manual handling is involved while loading and unloading
• Handling device to confirm delivery status and communicate with the depot
• Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met

Driver requirements:

• No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codes
• Valid and in date Tachograph and CPC qualifications
• New passes are accepted but require an assessment
