Job summary

GI Group are recruiting multiple 7.5T Drivers for our client in Warrington (WA4). You will cover 15-30 deliveries/collections daily, perform vehicle checks and ensure on-time departures to depots and customers.

Shifts are Mon-Fri with occasional weekends; starts around 07:30. This PAYE role includes advanced holiday pay and requires CPC and Tachograph qualifications, plus no more than 6 penalty points and at least 1 year 7.5T experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Tachograph and CPC qualifications.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• At least 1 year of 7.5T experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducting vehicle checks.
• Making 15–30 deliveries/collections daily.
• Manual handling during loading/unloading.
• Using a device to confirm delivery status and communicate with the depot.
• Prioritising workload to meet time commitments.

GI Group are currently recruiting multiple 7.5T Drivers for our internationally known client in Warrington (WA4). This company provides courier services worldwide, focusing on the express road-based market and offering services such as delivery, freight forwarding, and logistics.

Drivers shifts and Pay:

• Monday to Friday - occasional weekends offered
• Hours of Work: 07:30am

*Please note that this pay rate is PAYE and includes advanced holiday pay

7.5T Driver main duties will include:

• Conducting vehicle checks
• Making 15-30 deliveries/collections each day to customers and depots
• Manual handling is involved while loading and unloading
• Handling device to confirm delivery status and communicate with the depot
• Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met

Driver requirements:

• No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codes
• Valid and in date Tachograph and CPC qualifications
• At least 1yr experience with 7.5T roles
