Job summary

Project Partners are recruiting an experienced Driver Operative (7.5t) for a permanent role around Sussex. Based at a yard in Horsham, you will deliver materials to sites, assist with muck away, and support on-site teams in a fast-paced civil engineering environment.

The role requires a full UK licence and CPC, with responsibilities including loading, transporting, and ensuring safety and compliance on every shift. Mon-Fri, with one-in-four on-call rota and a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of civil works and safe material handling.
• Ability to load, secure and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and communication with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the lorry safely and securely.
• Transport materials to and from site, return surplus to depot.
• Run muck away and dispose of waste per regulations.
