Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for a 7.5t Driver in Bristol. The role offers an hourly rate of £17.02–£26.99 for temporary, ongoing work with various shifts. You will operate 7.5t vehicles, maintain delivery schedules, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous 7.5t driving experience within a logistics or distribution environment.
• Valid UK C1 driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 5 penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
• Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects in line with company procedures.
• Load and unload vehicles safely while ensuring the security of all goods.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the wider operations team.
• Follow all road transport legislation, health and safety regulations and company policies.
