Job summary

New Appointments Group is recruiting a 7.5T Driver for a client in Tonbridge on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves manual handling, multi-drop deliveries across the UK, and loading/unloading heavy goods.

The position requires overnight stays, with a £50 nightly allowance. Base pay is £13.24 per hour, with overtime at £16.70 per hour after 45 hours, plus nights-out pay when applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience driving a 7.5T vehicle.
• Valid Driver CPC (DCPC).
• Aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Flexible to complete overnight stays when required.

7.5T Driver

Location: Tonbridge

Pay: £13.24 per hour, with overtime paid at £16.70 per hour after 45 hours

We are currently recruiting for a 7.5T Driver on a temp-to-perm basis for our client based in Tonbridge.

This is a physically demanding role involving the loading and unloading of heavy goods, so applicants must be comfortable with manual handling. You will be delivering to various locations across the UK, completing multi-drop deliveries, with the number of drops varying depending on your route.

This role also requires regular overnight stays, with up to three nights out per week, for which a £50 nightly allowance is paid.
