Manpower UK is recruiting a reliable 7.5t Driver for Edinburgh (EH11 4YY). You will operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery points, perform daily vehicle checks, complete delivery paperwork and maintain safety standards.

The role offers varied shifts, competitive hourly pay, full PPE, and ongoing support from our recruitment team. Requirements include UK C1 licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, a clean licence (≤6 points) and at least 1 year

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
• Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects in line with company procedures.
• Load and unload vehicles safely while ensuring the security of all goods.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the wider operations team.
• Follow all road transport legislation, health and safety regulations and company policies.

What we're looking for

• Valid UK C1 driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.
• 1 years previous 7.5t driving experience within a logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of UK road transport legislation and vehicle safety.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 21 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
