Job summary

Driver Hire Uxbridge is seeking an experienced 7.5t Driver to join a Southall-based client on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will collect and deliver pallets, follow a planned route, and maintain vehicle condition while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a 7.5t category C1 licence with 2+ years experience, CPC validity, and adherence to safety and insurance requirements. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm; weekly PAYE pay.

Qualifications

• UK Category C1 manual licence (2+ years)
• Valid CPC
• Max 3 points; no DR, DD, TT, IN or MS90
• Aged 25+ for insurance

Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting experienced 7.5t Drivers on behalf of our Southall-based client.

Our client specialises in the recovery, repair and supply of high-quality, cost-effective wooden and plastic pallets. We are looking for reliable and experienced drivers to join their team and provide an excellent service to customers.

TEMP TO PERM POSITION

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

£16.00 - £19.00 p/h PAYE | Weekly Pay

Duties:

• Collect and deliver wooden and plastic pallets
• Follow a planned route each day, helping you work efficiently, stay organised and make the most of your time
• Keeping the vehicle clean and well maintained, reporting any damage or issues promptly.
• Providing professional, friendly customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers and the office team.

Requirements:

• UK Category C1 manual licence, held 2+ years
• Valid CPC
• Max 3 points; no DR, DD, TT, IN or MS90
• Aged 25+ for insurance
• 6+ months Cat C1 experience
• Physically fit for lifting and loading
• Professional with excellent customer service skills
