Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Skelmersdale is seeking a Home Delivery Driver 7.5 Tonne to join our two-person delivery crew, delivering furniture, appliances and household goods to customers' homes with a friendly, professional approach.

The role is permanent full-time, with a Tuesday–Saturday shift and 06:00 start. You will need a valid 7.5T (C1) licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card; full training is provided for installations.

• Must be comfortable with physical, active work.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Able to work as part of a two-person delivery crew.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture and household goods directly to customers' homes.
• Work as part of a two-person delivery team.
• Install wet goods and appliances (training provided).
• Handle large/bulky items safely and professionally.
• Create a positive customer experience at every delivery.
• Drive safely and in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive.
• Follow health and safety standards and vehicle compliance requirements.

• Creating a positive experience for customers at every delivery
• Driving safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Following industry-leading health and safety standards and vehicle compliance requirements

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO...

• Hold a valid 7.5T (C1) Licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
