Job summary

7.5T Home Delivery Driver

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE DOES REQUIRE A LOT OF HEAVY LIFTING

Pay Rate: £39,985.02

Grade: CA

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday, 6am - 10 hour days

Location: Southampton, SO53 4ND

We're now looking for a 7.5 T Home Delivery Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• You will be delivering household white goods such as washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge freezers etc.
• Wets installation training will be provided as this will be required in customers' homes.
• There will be a lot of heavy lifting involved in this role.
• Be an Ambassador for DHL Supply Chain, have a Can Do, Right First Time and Passionate approach to your role.
• Enjoy working as part of a successful team.
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO hold a valid HGV 7.5T Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card. Will consider newly qualified drivers.
