Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Scunthorpe is seeking a 7.5 tonne Home Delivery Driver to play a key role in ensuring deliveries are made safely, on time and in good condition. You will operate within a two-person team and may involve installation of large items at customers' homes.

The role requires a valid 7.5 tonne licence (C1), Driver CPC and tachograph card, with around 12 months recent experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for success.

• Hold a valid 7.5 tonne Driving Licence (C1), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Have 12 months recent 7.5 tonne driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop delivery of home and garden furnishings, to customers room of choice.
• Working in a 2-person team, this is a physically demanding role including installation of white goods such as washing machines and dishwashers.
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Complying with health and safety standards and adherence to The Highway Code and vehicle regulations.

Shift patterns: Working Tuesday to Saturday - starting at 6am
Location: Scunthorpe - DN15 9YA
