Job summary

Simply Jobsworth in Wolverhampton is seeking experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver for ongoing day shift work. This full-time role involves local/regional deliveries with no nights out and handball on some jobs.

You need a CPC and Digi card, a clean licence with no more than 6 points, and at least 12 months in 7.5 Tonne/container work. The pay rate is £16 per hour, with weekly pay and optional weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• HGV experience preferred for local/regional deliveries.
• Experience with container work and dock handling is advantageous.
• CPC Card and Digi Card required or in-hand.
• Clean licence with no more than six points for insurance.
• 7.5 Tonne driving experience essential (min 12 months).

Responsibilities

7.5 Tonne Drivers - On-going work -Day Shift.

Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Container Driver looking for full-time work in the Wolverhampton area?

Jobsworth are recruiting 7.5 Tonne Drivers for a long-term contract based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

We have a secure, on-going regular work available all year round, allowing you to do 50+ hours a week, achieving average earning between £900 - £1000 per week.

Operating out of Wolverhampton, the role we have is ongoing 7.5 Tonne work doing local/regional deliveries.

You will work Monday - Friday each week & there is optional weekend overtime opportunities. No nights out, handball is involved on some jobs.

Pay rate: £16ph - Weekly pay every Friday.
Shifts: Monday - Friday / 10 - 12 hours / optional weekend overtime paid at a premium.

Ideally, we would like you to have both previous experience with container work, along with dock cards, but its not essential, we are looking for the right drivers with a positive attitude, so as long as you have a good understanding on how to secure the container to the trailer you will be considered for the role.
