Job summary

Jobsworth in the Walsall area is recruiting for on-going night work as HGV Class 1 container drivers. This full-time role involves distance runs, dropping and collecting containers to and from the docks. You will work Monday–Friday with 12-hour shifts starting at 18:00, and overtime is available.

Pay rate is £20 per hour with weekly pay every Friday. The role requires CPC, Digi, and driving a container securely; dock cards are a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 (Minimum 12 months for insurance purposes).
• CPC Card.
• Digi Card.
• No more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 container loads for dock access.
• Complete distance runs and container transfers to and from docks.
• Work Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts starting 18:00.
• No nights out and no handball.

X3 HGV Class 1 Container Drivers - On-going work - Nights.

Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Container Driver looking for full-time work in the Walsall area?

Jobsworth are recruiting x3 HGV Class 1 / C+E Container Drivers for a long-term contract based in Walsall, West Midlands.

Operating out of Walsall, the role we have is full-time HGV Class 1 working pulling containers.

You will work Monday - Friday each week & the nature of the work will be distance runs, dropping & collecting containers to & from the docks.
No nights out, no handball.

Pay rate: £20ph - Weekly pay every Friday.
Shifts: Monday - Friday / 1800 starts / 12 hour shifts / Overtime available

Ideally, we would like you to have both previous experience with container work, along with dock cards, but its not essential, we are looking for the right drivers with a positive attitude, so as long as you have a good understanding on how to secure the container to the trailer you will be considered for the role.
