Job summary

Trump Turnberry in Scotland is seeking exceptional Spa Therapists for a range of contracts including full-time, part-time and casual. Eligible UK workers are required.

Basic salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, based on a 39-hour full-time contract, with commission on retail and subsidised staff accommodation available. Therapists deliver treatments to guests in line with brand standards, maintain five-star client care, and promote products as required.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work within the UK.
• HND/SVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy essential.
• Strong English communication skills—written and spoken.
• Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service to all.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs all treatments to an exceptional standard, per protocols and training.
• Updates knowledge of products and treatment brand standards.
• Conducts in-depth client consultation prior to treatment.
• Provides aftercare recommendations linked to client concerns.
