Job summary

Trump Turnberry is seeking friendly, attentive Pool & Fitness Attendants to deliver five-star spa experiences for guests and members, with a focus on exceptional service and up-selling personal training and spa products.

The role is casual, requires eligibility to work in the UK, lifeguard qualification, and flexibility to cover shifts. Training and development are available within a luxury spa and resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Spa or leisure environment is essential.
• Lifeguard qualification is required.
• First Aid qualification is desirable.
• Fitness qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool coverage with lifeguard duties and monitor pool/whirlpool cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and guest supplies in the fitness and Spa areas.
• Keep the Spa, changing rooms, toilets, showers and relax areas clean and tidy.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and report maintenance issues to the Duty Manager.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Spa Manager and cross-sell products and services.
• Assist in driving personal training revenue with fitness recommendations.
• Provide personal training/gym instruction and monitor guest progress where possible.
