Job summary

Trump Turnberry offers a Spa Apprenticeship designed to inspire and develop talent for the Spa at Turnberry. The programme covers Level 3 Massage and Level 2 Facials, with training onsite and offsite, starting in Spa Reception and progressing to therapist duties.

Apprentices will have offsite training, travel funded by the company, and a guaranteed full-time permanent position on completion, with a competitive salary and extensive resort benefits.

Qualifications

• Eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Interest in Beauty industry and trends.
• Warm, friendly and confident personality with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent personal management and timekeeping skills.
• Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
• Professional appearance in line with Turnberry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments to the standards taught in training.
• Meet and greet clients; conduct thorough consultations.
• Maintain spa room hygiene and stock levels.
• Encourage retailers and promote rebooking of treatments.
• Deliver guest experiences in line with Forbes spa standards.
