Job summary

Corriculo is seeking a CNC Programmer in a precision engineering environment in the UK. The role focuses on programming, setting up and operating 3-axis and 5-axis milling centres to produce high-precision components in collaboration with R&D and manufacturing teams.

You will use MasterCAM, SolidWorks or Vericut, work with Fanuc or Haas controls, read engineering drawings to micron tolerances, and contribute to continuous improvement and 5S standards in a lean, technical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a machine shop environment with 3-axis and 5-axis milling.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to high standard.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and controls.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis milling centres to produce high-precision components.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to improve manufacturability and processes.
• Use simulation software to validate toolpaths before first-off machining and ensure proper metrology and safety practices.
