Job summary

YMCA Fairthorne Group Andover Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, caring team. You’ll support children through play-based learning in a bright environment, building secure relationships and helping every child belong.

Flexible roles include full-time four days a week or part-time up to 30 hours with a rota. Experience with Level 2/3 EY qualification or working towards one is welcome.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or is working towards one.
• Caring, patient, dependable and enthusiastic about helping children thrive.
• Committed to inclusive, play-based learning and outdoor experiences.
