We're looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our client's dynamic MSP team! If you thrive on solving complex IT issues and enjoy working with a variety of clients, this could be the perfect role for you.

My client is a leader in the IT Managed Services space and is always on the hunt for talented individuals with a hunger to learn, progress, and a passion for IT and Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for Hardware and Software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues
• Provide technical support for networking, infrastructure, and Cloud technology
• Deliver exceptional customer service with the ability to go above and beyond
• Hands-on technical problem solving approach
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a methodical way

Key Skills:

• 3+ Years MSP experience
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Entra ID
• Office and Exchange experience
• Advanced in managing and troubleshooting VoIP Systems
• Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Understanding of Networking - working with Routers, Switches, Servers, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and general support and troubleshooting
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and WAN/LAN Technologies
• Experience or understanding of PowerShell Scripting (Desirable)

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working)

Work Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £35k - £45k DOE
