Full Job Description

A key client of ours is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer tojoin their team in Bolton, on a fixed term basis for 9 months.

Main Responsibilities Required of the 3rd LineSupport Engineer:

• First point of escalationfor the 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineers
• Work closely withthe IT Service Desk Manager to define and improve processes
• Create and build knowledge across the service desk and widerteam
• Manage server accounts
• Support of cloudtelephone systems
• Support networking equipment

Key Experience Required of the 3rd Line SupportEngineer

• 3-5 years experience within a 2nd/3rdLine Support role within a technical support desk or MSP
• Experience with server environments (Windows)
• Understanding of virtualisation
• Understanding of network technologies

The successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will be paid apro-rata'd salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
