Qualifications

Solid 3rd Line support experience in an MSP or fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft and Office 365 ecosystems.
Strong networking experience including VLANs and routing.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a wider support function.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets from 2nd line.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across server, network, and cloud environments.
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
Maintain detailed documentation and update support queries in real time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets from 2nd line.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across server, network, and cloud environments.

Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Full UK driving license.
