Transforming Learning Group Ltd in Witney is seeking a proactive 3rd line ICT support specialist to join our existing team. You will provide high‑level technical support to schools and act as the escalation point while mentoring 1st/2nd line colleagues.
The role includes travel across the South of the UK, with some office/onsite and hybrid working patterns depending on location. DBS checks apply, and a driving licence is preferred to meet travel demands.

turn IT on are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated and experienced 3rd line technical support to join an existing technical support team to provide an outstanding level of customer service and high-end technical support to our schools.
You will report into the Service Desk Manager and act as the primary point of technical escalation as well as providing ad-hoc coaching and assistance for the first and second-line support.
The role is offered on a full-time basis and can be either office based or a hybrid working pattern (depending on location) there would be an expectation of working from the office twice weekly.
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. Due to the nature of this role, candidates may be required to travel to schools, and therefore must have a driving licence and their own vehicle.
