Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a skilled 3rd Line Engineer - Cloud to join our Managed Services team in a hybrid role based in Birmingham. You will own complex Microsoft 365 and Azure incidents, act as a senior escalation point, and collaborate with customers, internal engineers, project teams and Microsoft.

The role emphasizes ownership of incidents, collaboration across teams, and contributing to service improvements, with periodic travel and hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Azure infrastructure experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Microsoft 365 and Azure support cases from start to resolution.
• Act as technical escalation point for 2nd Line Engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure infrastructure issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project transitions.
