MSP experience required.

You’ll be working with a superb, fast-growing Managed Service Provider, supporting their support team as a final escalation point, and being heavily involved in project work. They’re a fantastic business with exceptional leadership and a culture that genuinely values their employees, offering a family-like environment.

  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune - Configuring networks, VPNs, security policies
  • Serving as the final escalation point for support queries and delivering end-to-end projects, such as M365 migrations and Azure network configurations.
  • Client Interaction – Working directly with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
  • Able to travel to customer sites
  • Work across the full Microsoft stack supporting customers.
  • Analyze customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales.
