You’ll be working with a superb, fast-growing Managed Service Provider, supporting their team as a final escalation point and being heavily involved in project work. They’re a fantastic business, with exceptional leadership and a genuinely valuing organization that offers a family-like culture.

• Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune - Configuring networks, VPNs, security policies
• Serving as the final escalation point for support queries and delivering end-to-end projects such as M365 migrations and Azure network configurations.
• Client Interaction – Working directly with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
• Able to travel to customer sites
• Supporting customers across the full Microsoft stack
• Analyzing customer problems and providing suitable solutions within SLA timescales
