We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer who understands what good customer support looks and feels like. You should be proactive in solving problems and not waiting around to react.
This is a technical, hands-on role where you'll report to the team lead and support them in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include owning issues, communicating directly with clients, and collaborating with other teams such as software development.
Experience with automation technologies like RPA (UiPath or Blue Prism) is preferred, but training and development in this area will be provided.
You will be part of a small team of four, led by someone who has advanced from junior roles and now wants to mentor others.
This role offers autonomy and accountability, with the lead delegating responsibilities for you to manage.
The position is mostly remote with limited office attendance (less than twice a month).
The salary is up to £37,000.
