Rogers McHugh Recruitment in South Manchester is seeking a hands-on 360 Recruitment Consultant to develop and lead your own White Collar Freelance desk, winning new accounts and delivering freelance construction professionals. You will identify target firms, speak to decision makers, set up meetings and manage the end-to-end process from brief to placement, while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven 360 recruitment experience with a track record of winning new accounts.
• Strong ability to prospect for new clients and secure meetings.
• Experience running a temporary recruitment desk is advantageous.
• Knowledge of construction sector and white-collar roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client base within our White Collar Freelance division.
• Identify target construction businesses and engage decision makers.
• Manage the full recruitment process from brief to placement of freelance professionals.
• Build lasting relationships and grow accounts over time.
• Operate in a true 360 recruitment role with BD, sourcing and placing.
