Job summary

MPR Site Services Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing construction recruitment team. You will be responsible for managing and developing existing clients and candidates, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and taking on new vacancies to make placements.

This role offers an uncapped commission structure and real progression opportunities within a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is essential.
• Construction recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
• Confident communicator with strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, ambitious and target-focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
