HG Recruitment is seeking a proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant in Northampton with an immediate start. The role offers a £30k base salary (dependent on experience) plus a conversion bonus and company benefits.

Full training provided with clear progression routes. Primary duties include interviewing candidates, exploring live vacancies, CV database searches, maintaining compliance, payroll support, and providing strong admin support to the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally in driving, industrial, warehouse or logistics sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and recruitment compliance.
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused attitude.
• Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact and interview candidates who apply via job boards or our website.
• Conduct in-depth telephone interviews and complete candidate registrations.
• Search CV databases to find suitable candidates for live vacancies.
• Keep our candidate database accurate and compliant with legislation.
• Support with payroll, compliance, and registration documentation.
• Coordinate candidate availability to help the planning team.
• Provide excellent admin support to the wider branch.
• Identify potential sales leads from candidate data.

WORK PATTERN:Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00
