Job summary

Driver Hire are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the Bury St Edmunds team. You will source, screen and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles, while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

You will make outbound calls, manage a busy desk and visit local businesses to understand their needs. A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred; training is provided to develop your recruitment career.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Love talking to people and building relationships
• Enjoy being on the phone and feel confident making outbound calls
• Have strong customer service experience and a target driven mindset
• Are comfortable meeting business contacts face to face
• Have good IT skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Enjoy a different day every day
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• (Bonus) Hold an HGV entitlement, which is beneficial but not essential
• Are proactive, organised and excited to grow your career

Working Hours:
