Recruit Assist Ltd is seeking an ambitious 360 Recruitment Sales Consultant in East London. You will win new business, manage client relationships and deliver full 360 recruitment from vacancies to placements in the driving and industrial sectors.

The role offers £28k–£31k salary plus 15% commission, with REC and industry-related training and regular PDP support. Ideal candidates enjoy phone-based sales, networking and building long-term partnerships within a growing independent recruitment

• Account management: Developing existing relationships and maximising opportunities with current clients.
• 360 recruitment delivery: Managing the complete recruitment process from taking vacancies and sourcing candidates through to successful placements.
• Temporary and permanent recruitment: Delivering flexible staffing solutions to meet changing client demands.
• Candidate management: Building a strong network of reliable drivers and industrial candidates.
• Sales performance: Working towards clear business development, placement and revenue targets.
• Relationship building: Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates.

Recruit Assist is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded 360 Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our growing independent recruitment business. If you're an experienced recruiter who loves picking up the phone, winning business and building relationships, we want to hear from you. This position is a full 360 consultant, from securing new clients to the placement of candidates and the commercial admin for the driving and warehouse desk
