Driver Hire in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle for driving, logistics and industrial sectors, from sourcing to placing candidates and building client relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Love talking to people and building relationships
• Enjoy being on the phone and feel confident making outbound calls
• Have strong customer service experience and a target‑driven mindset
• Have good IT skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Enjoy a different day every day
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• (Bonus) Hold an HGV entitlement, which is beneficial but not essential
• Are proactive, organised and excited to grow your career

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00am start – 5:00pm finish (With additional paid on‑call duties on a rota basis)
