Job summary

Driver Hire is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant for the Driving, Logistics & Industrial sector in Bury St Edmunds. You will source, screen and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles, while building strong client and candidate relationships and managing a busy call flow.

Full UK driving licence is preferred. Training is provided and uncapped commission offers significant earning potential within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience is not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with outbound calls and meeting clients face-to-face.
• Full UK Driving Licence required with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles.
• Building strong relationships with customers, candidates, recruiting partners and local network.
• Making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries and managing a busy call flow.
• Visiting local businesses to understand their needs and strengthen partnerships.
• Working towards clear targets with a collaborative, experienced team.
• Managing your own 360 desk with energy, ownership and ambition.
