Job summary

VGC Group are recruiting a 360 Machine Driver for a major project in Leiston, UK. This role offers long-term work on one of the country’s largest infrastructure schemes, with a pay rate of £25.56 per hour CIS and a Monday–Friday 7am–5pm schedule plus potential overtime.

Start date is ASAP. Accommodation can be provided depending on location; lodge/travel payments are not included. You will work to high safety standards within a collaborative team on site.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) 360 Excavator ticket (above & below 10t preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar civils or infrastructure environment.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of wheeled or tracked 360-degree excavators (above and below 10 tonnes).
• Supporting civils, earthworks, drainage and ducting teams across site phases.
• Daily checks and maintenance reporting of machinery.
• Adhering to site safety protocols, especially within a nuclear-regulated environment.
• Communicating effectively with wider teams.
• Following instructions from supervisors.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working 360 Machine Drivers looking to secure long term work and be part of one of the UKs largest infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in the delivery of this major infrastructure project, working within a safe, high-performing and collaborative environment.

Pay Rate: £25.56 per hour CIS

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm + overtime potential

Start Date: ASAP

No lodge or travel pay for this role, accommodation can be provided for successful candidates depending on their location.
