Job summary

EA Associates are currently recruiting experienced 360 Excavator Operators for a commercial construction site. You will operate 6-tonne and 14-tonne excavators, carrying out a range of general site and groundworks duties.

Requirements include a valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket, proven on-site experience on commercial projects, a strong safety focus, full PPE, reliability and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket.
• Experience operating 6T and/or 14T machines on commercial sites.
• Proven experience on commercial construction sites.
• Competent and confident operating machinery.
• Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
• Full PPE provided and worn on site.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate 6T or 14T 360 excavators safely and efficiently.
• Excavate and move earth, load wagons and shift materials.
• Dig foundations, trenches and drainage runs.
• Grade, level and prepare sites for further works.
• Maintain day-to-day safety and machine checks on site.
• Assist with wider groundworks activities as needed.

EA Associates are currently recruiting experienced 360 Excavator Operators on behalf of our client for works on a commercial construction site.

Operators are required for both 6-tonne and 14-tonne excavators, carrying out a range of general site and groundworks duties.

Duties will include:

• Operating 6T or 14T 360 excavators safely and efficiently
• Excavation and earthmoving
• Loading wagons and moving materials
• Digging foundations, trenches and drainage runs
• Grading and levelling
• Working around existing services and other site personnel
• General site clearance and preparation
• Assisting with wider groundworks activities when required
• Carrying out daily machine checks and maintaining safe working practices

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket
• Experience operating 6T and/or 14T machines
• Proven experience on commercial construction sites
• Competent and confident operating machinery
• Good understanding of site health & safety requirements
• Full PPE
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
